Cucumber-Mint Cooler
Celebration & Coolers
4 drinks, about 3/4 cup each · Active 10 min · Total 25 min
A few cucumber slices and torn mint leaves flavor this light lime cooler. Pressing them with a spoon releases more flavor than simply floating them on top. Chill the still mixture before adding sparkling water so the bubbles are fresh.
