Raspberry Cocoa Breakfast Cream
Mix & Layer Breakfasts
2 small breakfast bowls · Active 7 min · Total 7 min
Cocoa tastes smoother when you mix it with a little yogurt before adding the rest. A fork turns raspberries into a quick pink topping, so these bowls have a chocolate-colored base and a bright fruit finish without a blender.

The skill you’re learning
Making a small smooth paste first is called loosening a powder. It helps cocoa spread through thick yogurt without leaving dry pockets.
Try one change
Use 1/2 cup fresh blackberries instead of raspberries and mash them well.
Serving & storing
Refrigerate covered at 40°F or below within 2 hours of preparation (1 hour above 90°F); use within 1 day. Store cereal separately.
